Workout Round Up
Today I ran 8 miles. I know right, “that’s it?”
It’s not because I couldn’t go any farther it’s because I had gone as far as I could. If I had gone any further I would have been running in the Forrest Lawn Cemetery, RIP MJ.
I’ve been listening to my body lately and since I haven’t taken my glucosamine for the past few days, and my joints have started to feel it. My legs are tighter, and my back began to cramp. Needless to say, I need an awesome glucose product while I’m on the road to have much more productive workouts.
Time for my carbs…
