Happy Thanksgiving: Shout out to John Woodruff!

This thanksgiving I want to send a shout out to the African American runners that came before me, namely:

Mr. John Woodruff who inspire my extreme ‘gutsy’ tenacious running after I watched him fight so eloquently to win the 1963 Olympic gold medal in tge 800m race with an amazing stop! during the last 100m strecth just to out-run everyone else to win! Running is awesome because it’s a pure battle of ‘Will’ and he demonstrated Hope to a T!!
