For Runners Only: The Runner’s Lift!
If your a real runner, you know about that “Runners Lift” on the second toe. (choose your foot, because it doesn’t matter) usually if you run more then 5 miles a day your toe nail will begin to lift from the constant pounding.

Some runners loose their nail entirely, but I still have mine. 😉
